If Something Goes Wrong
We take great pride in what we create, and we want you to feel nothing less than delighted.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as expected, please reach out to us within 12 hours of receiving your flowers. Kindly include a photo and your order number.
We will respond promptly and with grace, offering a solution that honors your experience and reflects our standards of care.

Cancellations with Courtesy
We kindly accept cancellations if they are made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery.
Please note that once a bouquet has been designed — especially for same-day orders — it cannot be undone or refunded.
To request a cancellation, contact us via WhatsApp or email. We promise to handle your request with attentiveness and understanding.

If No One is Home
Should the recipient be unavailable at the time of delivery, we will:
• Make a discreet attempt to reach them or the sender
• Leave the arrangement in a shaded or safe location (such as with a concierge or at the door)
• Send a delivery confirmation with a photo via WhatsApp or text
A second delivery may be arranged if necessary, with an additional delivery fee.
