How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly on our website by selecting the desired flower arrangement, adding it to your cart, and proceeding to checkout. Also, you can do it via phone call or DM in Instagram. Alternatively, you can visit our physical store during business hours and our friendly staff will assist you with your order.

Do you offer same-day flower delivery?

Yes, we offer same-day flower delivery if flowers are in stock 
Please note that a delivery fee increase may apply around certain holidays.
Same Day delivery: If you order before 11:00 am in the recipient’s time zone, we can typically deliver the flowers the same day Monday through Sunday after 4 pm.
Specific Times: We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time. You may request a time frame in the special note box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I include a personalized message with my flower arrangement?

Absolutely! During the checkout process, you will have the option to include a personalized message with your order (Order Notes). We will make sure to include it with the flowers when they are delivered.

Can I request a specific flower that is not listed on your website?

What are your operating hours?

Our flower shop is open from 8 am to 7pm every day of the week except Saturday 8 am- 5pm ,Sunday 8am-4pm. However, we may have extended hours during special occasions such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. And Hours may vary during other holidays.
